The Prize will consist of the following: twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) awarded as a lump-sum payment in the form of a check made payable to Winner or in another form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. Estimated Retail Value (“ERVâ€) of Prize is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
