Prize Details
Five winners will each get two pair of Lash in the City Mink Lashes (ARV $70). Designed with extra fur on the entire band (and previously worn by Demi Lovato), these mink lashes are the perfect complement to a dark, smokey eye and also add a touch of a “wing†to the corner of the eyes.
