i've just started using this site today, and although i don not expect to win anything, especially this soon, i was wondering how winners are notified. is it common practice to email? phone? or ive seen posts where people say packages just show up. any tips on what is usually done? thank you!

I started using an automatic entry site in November of 2008,,, havent gotten so much as a ball cap or t-shirt. I keep looking for the winners of the Santa Giveaway- winners promised to be posting by 2-10......

I did get a personal soft side cooler. Never knew I won it. Just showed up in my mail! I won 2 salad coupons too. I was to get a NFL car flag but it hasn't showed up yet. Been waiting a long time.

Hope I win something on here, I've been lucky on Facebook. I won an Ipod Touch,$50 giftcard to Chili's, 20 giftcard to Fuddruckers, 30 Itune card, and suppose to have won a box of Chocolates. This is all been less than 4 months. So happy, with the economy like it is I can use anything:)

I just had my first win since joining this site 2 months ago. Won a trip to NHRA Drag Racing in North Carolina - includes tickets to a suite to watch the races, 2 nights at a hotel, and a $300 Visa gift card. It was sponsored by the county that the track is in. I was notified by a phone call from the Vice Pres. of Marketing and Communications for the county. Was so excited! Good luck everyone!!!

No, power sweeper is just an option to make entering easier. But you don't have to have it to win. I've won plenty of things and I'm not a power sweeper user.

my first win was with Acacia Artisans. I recieved the winning notice in my email. If i had not responded i would have lost out. i had to submit my address to the sponsor. i also called her and thanked them.

I joined last night, and yeah, I haven't been all too lucky in winning anything in my entire life, but hoping it pays off in joining this site. Not so sure how my parents will respond if random packages show up on our doorstep. Some prizes just arrive in the mail or by UPS. If you win something expensive then they send you a letter with an affidavit you have to fill out, notarize and return in a certain time frame. I've never been notified by email but then again I mostly entered by writing in and didn't include an email address (optional for write ins.) That way I didn't have to watch my emails and read every junk mail.

Your wins could be announced in an email, snail mail, express mail and yes, packages can just show up!
