Prize: (1 winner) A mutually agreed upon home upgrade valued up to $40,000; and a $25,000 check made payable to the winner to help offset taxes (ARV $65,000)
In the event winner does not own a home or is unable to do any home upgrades, the winner will forfeit the Home Upgrade valued up to $40,000 and receive only the $25,000 check portion of the prize....
