PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be three (3) winners. The prize for each winner is
one (1) framed print of the winner’s cartoon and caption, as well as (1) iPad Mini. The
approximate retail value of the framed print and iPad mini is $629.00. The total ARV
of all prizes is $1887.
