VCU Affinity License Plate Scholarship.Students must complete the application form and short answer question. Additionally, students are required to write a double- spaced essay, of not more than two pages, addressing how they have promoted or enhanced the image or reputation of Virginia Commonwealth University, earned favorable recognition for VCU or enhanced the quality of the educational experience at VCU.
