Under The Sea Art Contest.The goal of this project theme is to create engaging, whimsical and vibrant imaginary world of Under the Sea along 118th Avenue to delight festival visitors young and old. Up to 10 Creative Teams will be selected by our jury, to bring their fantastical 3D visions to 118 Avenue by designing, creating and installing their Sea-inspired visions on ten (10) pre-assigned lampposts on the Kaleido Family Arts Festival Site.
