Each winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests (who must each be at least 21 years old) to attend the 11th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards (the "Event") scheduled on November 11, 2010 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
