Prize Details
The Amy Writing Award.The Amy Award, sponsored by Poets & Writers (est. 1970), encourages emerging women poets to enter three verse poems (under 50 lines). The judges will award up to three poets of the best poetry a modest cash prize (to be determined) and an invitation to read and present at a special awards ceremony in New York City. PW.org, the organization's website, will publish the finalists' poetry.
