Tar Heel Pork Recipe Contest.Enter your scrumptious, innovative pork recipe for any course of a meal and serving 4-6 persons. No other meats may be used. On October 21, 2015, you must bring your prepared dish to the Education Building at the NC State Fairgrounds for judging.
