Stop Rx Abuse Video Contest.Each year, the North Carolina Department of Justice helps warn others about the dangers of prescription drug abuse through their student video contest. Any high school or middle school student in North Carolina can participate by creating a 30-second public service announcement video on teen prescription drug abuse and entering it for a chance to win prizes.
