Each day from October 15 – 24, 2017, Imperial Sugar will post a scrambled-up title of one of their frightfully good Halloween recipes, plus a clue to help decipher it.100 winners will each receive a year’s worth of free sugar, awarded as ten 4-lb bags of extra fine granulated sugar, twelve 2-lb bags of brown sugar, and twelve 2-lb bags of powdered sugar (ARV $100).
