SNOW WESTS CULINARY BEST CONTEST.Submit your menu comprised of a description of one entree and one dessert, as it would appear on a restaurant menu. You have 500 characters max each for entree and dessertdescriptions. Especial consideration will be made for those menus that utilize the principles of the "100 Mile Diet."
