Problem Gambling Video Contest.This contest is in honor of the second annual National Problem Gambling Awareness Month. Oregon residents under the age of 25 are invited to create a 60-second video on the theme of “Have the Conversation”. Problem gambling affects many people, not just the problem gambler; problem gamblers don’t have to be alone, and they do have support available.
