Oklahoma Academic AllState Scholarship.Academic All-State honors 100 public high school seniors with a $1,000 scholarship and honors their high schools with an Academic All-State flag to mark their commitment to academic excellence. Students must be nominated by their superintendent or principal. Schools are encouraged to nominate all eligible students.
