OKCCF New Opportunities Scholarship.The Oklahoma City Community Foundation offers a 'Foundation of Promise Scholarship'. The scholarship is in the amount of $1500 and students who are the first generation in their families to attend college can apply their junior year. Students may request application from their counselor.
