New Deal Writing CompetitionThe New Deal Writer’s Competition is a short story competition where the writer is asked to use a painting chosen by the staff of Livingston Arts as inspiration for their piece. This year’s painting is “Winter’s Night” by Leopold Widlicka which can be seen on our website.
