NOAPS Spring Online Art Contest.On-Line International Exhibit open to all living artists 18 years or older from around the world. The two dimensional art must have been created in oil or acrylic medium within the last 3 years and not previously accepted in a NOAPS exhibit. No size limitations. Art does not need to be for sale.
