Mushroom Appetizer Cook-Off Contest.Submit a recipes that contains as the dominant ingredient any variety or combination of varieties of fresh mushrooms cultivated in the United States. Total preparation time may not exceed 1 hour. There is a limit of 12 ingredients total, and salt, pepper and water must be included in the count.
