Memorial Scholarship in Writing.Undergrad students enrolled at the Univ. of Maryland are encouraged to enter the Sebastian Herbstein Memorial Scholarship in Fiction Writing for the opportunity to win a $600 prize for the best short fictional story. A second winner will also receive a $300 prize.
