One scholarship will be awarded; $10,000. The scholarship is for tuition only for the Motorcycle Technician or the Harley-Davidson Technician program, plus 24 (twenty-four) weeks of electives. All residents of the United States, who are 17 years of age or older, and who possess a high school diplom
