International Garden Art Contest.The International Garden Festival will hold its 16th edition in 2015. It invites designers from around the world to submit their proposals to take part in this unique event. You have until Monday, November 17, 2014 to send us your proposal electronically to create an ephemeral garden as part of the Festival.
