Prize Details

Glimmer Train Writing Contest.Glimmer Train, an acclaimed journal of short fiction, accepts open submissions during the months of January, May, and September. (The rest of the year, they receive their submissions through fee-charging contests with different themes.) Submit up to three unpublished stories, 500-12,000 words each, via their online form. Payment for accepted stories is $700 and 10 copies of the issue.
