Fresh Paint Art Contest.Manifest Creative Research Gallery and Drawing Center in Cincinnati, OH seeks entries for an upcoming art exhibition, September 25 - October 23, 2015. Fresh Paint is open to everyone. Professionals as well as students are encouraged to enter. The only limitation is that entries must represent original works of art that qualify in some way as 'painting'.
