Festival Recipe Contest.To enter this contest, bring a dish that is made with canned or fresh (preferred) Placer grown mandarin oranges to the judging location in Auburn, CA on the deadline date, between 11:00 am and 12:00 noon. The three categories are: Mandarin Desserts, Mandarin Main Dish, and Mandarin Favorite Side. Main or Side dish recipes that contain a Snow’s Citrus Court product are eligible for a bonus prize.
