FOWA Writers Scholarship.The Florida Outdoor Writers Association (FOWA) offers an annual scholarship to college students who are pursuing a writing career with the intention of writing about the outdoors. These scholarships award one or more writers a prize of $500 to $1,000 to support their efforts.
