Competitions for Photographers.The 5th Annual Plein Air Camp Hill Arts Festival features two competitions for photographers – the juried Photographer Primary Competition, and the Quick Shoot. The Photographer Primary Competition requires a formal completed entry form, artist release form, $25 registration fee.
