City Parks Photography Competition.Chelmsford City Council launched its first ever parks photo competition earlier this spring and has already received lots of fabulous pictures of parks and gardens across Chelmsford, Essex but is looking to receive many more. Contestants could win £450 of Camera World vouchers or a photography course from Going Digital, courtesy of e2v, Essex Chronicle and Essex Heritage Trust.
