Cave Canem Poetry Prize.Established in 1999, the Cave Canem Poetry Prize is dedicated to the discovery of exceptional manuscripts by black poets of African descent. Winner receives $1,000, publication by Graywolf Press in fall 2016, 15 copies of the book and a feature reading.
