Buffalo Niagara Film Festival.The 9th annual Buffalo Niagara film festival is welcoming submissions from artists who have completed a film, screenplay, or music video. Selected artists will be given cash awards and prizes, as well as their work featured in the film festival, April 10-18, 2015.
