Best of the Boroughs Photo Contest.This call for submission is open to all creators (under 18 years of age must have parental permission) working on smart phones and smart devices. All work must be captured and edited on a smart phone or a smart device. All artwork must be original in concept, design and execution. Open to all residents of Metro New York City (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.)
