Balcones Literary Prizes.The Balcones Center for Creative Writing at Austin Community College is pleased to announce the Balcones Poetry Prize ($1,500) in recognition of an outstanding book of poetry. Books of poetry of 42 pages or more may be submitted by author or publisher.
