BCALA Self-Publishing Literary Award.The BCALA Self-Publishing Literary Award celebrates the best self-published ebooks in fiction and poetry written by an African American author residing in the United States. The Award is available to all English-language self-published ebooks. Authors must be the copyright owner, and hold digital rights. The judges will rank ebooks based on content, writing skill, and total quality of production and appeal.
