2015 Youth Video Contest.Out in Schools, in partnership with Reel Youth, is excited to announce that their Rise Against Homophobia Short Video Contest is BACK! Calling all youth across British Columbia, aged 12 - 19, to gather your friends and create a short video that challenges homophobia, transphobia and bullying!
