Better Homes and Gardens AND Good House keeping signed me up as ordering their magazines!!!!! I opened their e-mails they sent me and they said "thanks for ordering our magazine. you will be billed" I only signed up for the contests!!! Now I have to try to get a hold of these jerks and figure out how to NOt get billed!!!!!!

you probably didn't click on the area that said something along the lines of, "no purchase necessary, click here if you don't wish the trial offer". They've gotten me with that one before though

YOUR RIGHT WHEN YOU GO TO ENTER THEY HAVE ONE THAT WILL SAY ENTER WITH OUT ORDERING THAT IS THE ONE YOU DO CLICK IN ON IT IF YOU DONT THEN YOU ARE ORDER MAGAZINE AND JUST GO TO CANCEL ORDER AND THEY WILL DO IT ONLINE

Yah cosmo does it to me all the time, just have to wait till get email with billing account info in few weeks and then go to customer service link and search by acc. and then cancel subscription. I have had several do that and canceling was easy with no issues :)

All the magazines will do that sign up or not and if you try to argue with them then they bill you anyways.I think their sweeps are --- and they never award anyone anything except for that house every year which no one can afford to pay the taxes on but then again it would make for a great sale unless no one buys.

now they have section you can asap you get e mail saying thank you for the order go back and cancel and they will do asap
