	strobe: 2010-12-06 21:28:01 I just checked the rules and there is a link there for Newegg.ca that takes you to the Canadian form. A convoluted and way for Canadians to access the form, and not one anyone would think of. Yeah, yeah, I know we are supposed to read the rules but still there should be a link on the US form.
