Crime Stoppers Scholarship.Two scholarships in the amount of $1,000 are offered to dependents of public safety personnel who work in Cleveland County. The scholarships are named in honor of the late John Dutch, Norman Fire Chief of fourteen years, and Steve W. Cain, a retired Captain who served on the Norman Police force for 29 years.
